Customer Notice

Ordering & Availability
  • When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the merchandise you have specified at the price stated for those merchandise. You cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending.
  • We will acknowledge your order to confirm that we have received your order by email.
  • No refunds or replacements for all products except in the case where a product is out of stock. 
  • As we sell on multiple platforms simultaneously, the inventory level displayed on this website may not be updated. If a purchased product is out of stock, we will remove the relevant product from the order and refund will be provided.
  • If inventory or price details of particular products are not displayed, feel free to click "Contact Us" for enquiry.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, e.g. unavailability of products, errors in product or pricing information, system errors, detection of fraud or abusive behavior. In such case, order will be cancelled and refund will be provided.
Pricing & Payment
  • The pricing currency on this website is Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Any foreign currency conversion rates provided are for reference only and shall not be construed as final. All transactions will be settled in HKD.
  • Please understand that the price you pay when placing your order is binding once the order is confirmed and will not be affected by changes to market prices. 
  • We reserve the right to adjust the listing prices of products on the site without notice.
  • Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been received and funds have been cleared.
  • Transaction fees may apply to specific payment methods. Please check upon checkout.
  • In the case of order cancellation or refund, we are unable to refund transaction fees since they are charged by payment platforms or credit card companies.
Delivery - General
  • Shipping cost will be subject to the parcel weight, size and receiver’s address.
  • Tracking information will be provided after an order has been shipped.
  • Estimation of delivery time or arrival date provided by the post office or couriers are for reference only. Actual delivery time may be subject to many factors and may differ from the estimation.
  • Please make sure to enter Recipient Details including Name, Address and Phone Number correctly. 
  • Additional delivery fee may incur if the customer did not provide correct delivery address and contact details.
  • In the event where after 30 days of the notice to arrange delivery or collection, we are still unable to arrange delivery or collection due to incorrect information provided by customer/ failure to pay outstanding payment or postage/ customer not responding to confirm delivery or collection arrangement, the customer shall be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited the order. No refunds will be provided.
  • For orders of case(s), unless specified by the customer, we will ship the case(s) as it is without an outer carton box. If the customer would like us to use extra packing, please specify explicitly in the order remark in advance but please note that it may incur additional costs due to increased size/ weight of the parcel and extra packing materials. 
  • If orders are returned to us due to any reason after dispatch, any shipping fees paid to the carrier will not be refunded.
  • Customers can request to add insurance service to shipments if needed. Separate price quotes can be provided where applicable.
  • We shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage caused by shipping.
Delivery - Hong Kong & Macau
  • Orders can be delivered by SF Express - Pay on Delivery service.
  • Shipping fees are charged by SF Express separately and are paid upon receipt of the parcel.
  • For delivering to SF Express network locations, please enter the correct Address and Code. 
  • For more details about the network location codes and shipping cost calculation, please refer to the official website of SF Express Hong Kong.
  • Parcels shipped to overseas (including Macau) via SF Express may be inspected by staff with external box opened for export check.
  • Pokemon Card Sleeves Products
    • Hong Kong Local Mail (Non-Tracking) option available.
    • Customer assumes all risks for non-tracking delivery methods.
Delivery - International
  • Postage fees apply for overseas orders. Postage fees will be charged separately from the order total. 
  • For overseas orders, customers are advised to contact us before ordering for enquiry regarding the shipping arrangements should they have any questions.
  • By placing an order, you agree to our international shipping policy.
  • Orders will be weighed once they are ready to ship based on the total weight of the parcel including packaging.
  • After weighing, we will update you about the parcel weight, available shipping options and postage fee quote.
  • Orders will be dispatched after confirmation of the shipping arrangement and completion of postage payment.
  • For all international packages, the customs declaration will be completed in accordance to the value of articles in the orders.
  • Our default carrier is Hong Kong Post Office. For details about the estimated postage fees and delivery time, please refer to their website https://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/postage_calculator/.
  • Customers may also request to ship with FedEx or UPS courier service. The postage will be quoted manually based on the order. Customers are reminded that FedEx or UPS may charge a higher fee compared to the Speedpost service of Hong Kong Post Office. If customers would like to use this service, please specify in the order remark or contact us for enquiry. If customers decide not to use FedEx or UPS after obtaining the postage quotes, the order will be posted with our default carrier (Hong Kong Post Office).   • During international delivery, parcels may be inspected by customs/ government officials. We shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage caused in the process, nor any fees/ customs/ tariff.
  • Customers are welcomed to use freight forwarding services which have an address capable of receiving local parcels in Hong Kong. Our default delivery method for local parcels is SF Express (Pay On Receipt). Customers should check with their freight forwarder as to whether they are capable of paying the local postage upon receipt of parcels, or otherwise customers should contact us for alternative arrangements in advance. For parcels sent to freight forwarder addresses, any responsibility or liability owed by us will end upon delivery to the Hong Kong address based on information provided by the customer. 
Pre-Order & Back-Order
  • We will place order with corresponding supplier/ store after we receive your order.
  • For pre-order or back-order products, actual arrival dates may be subject to changes from the supplier or logistics. The estimated arrival dates displayed on the website are only for reference.
  • For pre-order or back-order products, please wait patiently. We will dispatch after we obtain the products.
  • Unless specified, pre-order or back-order products may be subject to allocations and cancellations from suppliers. 
  • If a purchased product is out of stock, we will remove the relevant product from the order and refund will be provided.
